We start with a base retainer that covers your foundational OBM support — ensuring every client receives the same high level of attention, communication, and care. From there, we build a customized package around your specific needs, whether that’s systems setup, launch support, or ongoing operations management.
Because no two businesses look alike, your retainer can expand or contract as your priorities shift. We’ll review your hours, goals, and focus areas each month to make sure your support always matches where you’re headed.
If you commit to working with us for three months or more, you’ll receive a preferred rate as a thank-you for being as committed to us as we are to you.
